Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
- Report cannot be generated. If a report cannot be generated and we refund the credits used, but the report still cannot be generated after another attempt.
- Duplicate payment made by mistake. If you were accidentally charged more than once within a short period of time.
- Subscription renewal not canceled. If a subscription was not canceled in time and one or more renewal charges were incurred, we may refund the most recent renewal charge only.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Annual subscription beyond 3 days. If the user subscribed to an annual plan and more than three (3) days have passed since the subscription date, and reports were successfully generated during that period.
- Report successfully generated. If a report has already been successfully generated.
- Incorrect document uploaded. If the user uploaded an incorrect document.
- Dissatisfaction with analysis results. If the user is dissatisfied with the AI detection or similarity analysis results.
- Unused credits. If reports can be generated normally but the user requests a refund for remaining unused credits.
